Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds
At Krish Beauty, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within 2 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) when requesting a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
Opened or used beauty products, including lashes or lash extensions. Digital products or gift cards. Sale or clearance items.
3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 3 working days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the specified processing time, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
